HOW WE DO

Process of K Contracting

K Contracting Inc takes pride in reaching out customer who needs our assistance to get through the process of construction. We take onboard the customer and let them know how the work will progress throughout the stages of construction. We understand the customer expectations and concerns throughout the project. We stand by the customer from very beginning of the project to the end.

  • 1Phone consultation (Commitment Required)

    Give us a call if you just want to discuss your project not sure where to start or just to get an idea how much its going to cost you. Its just one call away

  • 2Site visit (Commitment Required)

    A site visit is needed if have decided that you want to get something done or have some kind of idea on your mind about your project. We would recommend book the appointment. Over the phone or fill in contact us form.

  • 3Material & Finish type ( Commitment Required)

    Mater cost and finish will determine most of your costs, selecting the types quality can move the price up and down. As a contractor I usually explain all the details of material and their pros and cons yet customer has to make decision.

  • 4Cost of project ( Commitment Required)

    We as contractor go through all the costs of project with customer still customer can control the costs of project by selecting the required type of material bath vanity, tiles, flooring, lighting, faucets, kitchen types ( MDF, hardwood, etc) and number of cabinets

  • 5 Contract (Commitment Required)

    K Contracting uses the standard contract with all the details and specs and price of each material. The payment plan consists of 5% with upon signing and rest payments with be based on progress of project

  • 6Drawing & Permit Application ( Commitment Required)

    After a site visit and when customer would like to proceed with K Contracting we will discuss the drawing and plans of project also we will pull the permit through city.

  • 7Post Project walkthrough ( Commitment Required)

    As contractor we understand the importance of post project walk through with customer to know whether they are satisfied with the quality and of material and workmsnship. We try our best to produce best results any faulty or incorrect will be fixed.
